현대자동차 러시아 생산법인(HMMR)이 러시아 산업통상부 및 상트 페테르부르크 시정부와 특별투자계약(SPIC)을 체결했다는 내용을 다루고 있다. 

 

 

SPIC 은 2027년까지 유효하며, 주요 내용은 유동자산(동산)과 소득세 영세율 적용 및 환경세(Utilization fee) 환급 등 세제 혜택을 받게 된다. 기사에 따르면, 현대차는 166 억 루블, 현대 위아는 350 억 루블 투자한다는 계획 하에 SPIC 이 체결되었다고.

The contract signed by SPIC assumes an investment of 16.6 billion rubles. At the same time, as reported by the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, taking into account the investments of other companies in the Hyundai Motor Group, for example, Hyundai WIA, which will manufacture engines, the total amount of investments can reach about 35 billion rubles.

As reported by TASS in the press service of the automaker, the capacity of the engine plant in St. Petersburg, according to plans, should be 150 thousand units per year. Its launch is expected in 2022.

 

The Hyundai car manufacturer plant near St. Petersburg was opened in 2010. It is the second largest automaker in Russia, produces models Hyundai Solaris, Hyundai Creta and Kia Rio. For eight years, produced more than 1.7 million cars.

• Mitsubishi (Outlander, Pajero Sport);
• Nissan / Datsun (Qashqai, X-Trail, Terrano, Murano, On-Do, Mi-Do).

Then, in November last year, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Kozak instructed the government to ensure that the SPIK were concluded with the car manufacturers in the above terms (in previous agreements, the validity period was 2018-2019, implying the immutability of the tax burden in exchange for investment). The new SPIKi are compiled taking into account the increase in the VAT rate from January 1 (from 18 to 20%).
